After focus on a new contract for complex youth care for 7 municipalities in Kennemerland / IJmond for over a year, winning the contract brought new challenges for our fast growing organization. Setting up a new legal entity, governance and organization within three weeks before entering the new contract, made that we needed someone who could be self-starting, right away at full speed and effective in focus and setting priorities. We found that Fleur made up for these very high expectations and with her warm personality she shows empathy and thoroughness, besides her good sense of humor she knows how to keep us, our team and the partners on track, she really made the difference in setting up the organization and because of this effort we found that our organization outpaced the other three parties involved in winning the contract, which allowed us to determine vision and delivering, for example to long term goals concerning all parties.
